BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION

Senior Investor Relation Officer:

1. Manages all aspect of Investor Relation Including assessment of regulatory framework.
2. Serves as primary liaison between company and investment community and financial institution.
3. Maintain and develop relationships with institutional investor, banking and government agencies.
4. Manage Corporate Communication Program including identification of key messages.

QUALIFICATION

1. Minimum 10 (ten) years experience in relevance field (infrastructure/energy development, financial institution and has experience dealing with government agencies)
2. Master Degree in relevance discipline from reputable University
3. Strong written and oral communication in English (Toefl 550/IELT 5)
4. Ability to work well independently and computer skill
5. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple project simultaneously under minimum suspension
6. Age minimum 40 years old.

Key elements of the position include :

• Liase with expediting team to anticipate schedule of the goods arrival and handling method as agreed by supplier in purchase order.
• Update and co-ordiante with port service team to prepare appropriate handling equipment to discharge the goods in accordance with specific standard handling.
• Communicate with customer clearence to ensure the goods are released in timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate transportation of the goods from port service to designated points appointed by customers including escort in accordance with KPC and Government standard procedure.
• Communicate with customers schedule of the goods to be dispatched and arrived in order to suit commissioning schedule.
• Constantly take the lead to develop,establish and review a safe standard practice in delivering goods in various size and type.
• Co-ordinate and prepare lay-down yard and other facilities such as goods storages, site offices required for expansion projects including relocation of existing facilities due to establishment of project extent.

Qualification & Experience :

• Tertiary qualification (S1) in Engineering or related qualification with 3 years experience in logistic management.
• Having Knowledge or ability to quickly gain knowledge of Indonesian Import and Export and other prevailing regulation for goods delivery.
• Analytical, Problem Solving and Influencing Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill ( written & oral ) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (Level 6).
• Understanding supply chain management and continous improvement techniques.

Duties:

• Responsible for the design, implement and manage Community Development/Corporate Social Responsibility program to optimize the benefit into communities while in compliance with applicable regulation, company rules and its requirements;
• Provide management support in promoting company s image and reputation and establish good company s relationship with communities and local authorities.

Qualifications:

• University degree (S1) with at least 3 years experience in the relevant field, preferably within large scale community development project. Experience to work for Power Plant, Oil and Gas and Mining Company is preferable;
• Having experience in community survey and assessment, social impact and risk mitigation and handling the community conflict/complaint;
• Having excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill with communities, NGOs and local Authorities;
• Possessing documentation and report writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Good interpersonal skill and able to work in a multi cultural environment;
• Understanding on environmental management system, general affairs and commercial term will be an advantage;
• High ability of English speaking, writing and reading.
