• In possession of assigment letter from DEPKES is more preferable
• Min 1 years working experience in Production and in QA/QC with last position as Supervisor
• Having experience in handling TGA / FDA or MHR is more preferable
• Having knowledge in CPOB ( Indonesian cGMP )
• Having experience in processing validation and media fill, cleaning validation, machine qualification and SOP generation
