LOWONGAN HRD SUPERVISOR & SITE SUPERVISOR / PT. RHODES INDONESIA
As the Crushing, Screening and Quarry company, we looking for a candidates to fill positions described. Applicants must be meet the requirements as listed below :
HRD SUPERVISOR (HRD-SPV)
- Bachelor degree in Psychology or Law from reputable university with GPA min.3.00
- Male or Female 27 – 35 years old
- Min 2 years experience in HR system and development, organization development, recruitment, training and development, industrial relation, etc
- Pleasant personality, energetic & high motivated
- Good in English (Oral & Written) skills and computer literate
- Able to work independent or as a team
- Having good logic and strong analytical ability, strong interpersonal skill & strong communication skill
- Able to travel throughout Indonesia
SITE SUPERVISOR (STS)
- Male 27 – 35 yeas old
- Has experience min 5 years and has great knowledge crusher & fixed plant operation, good awareness of maintenance scheduling, has daily reporting & basic admin function
- Production oriented
- Able to manage manpower human resources at work location
- Has knowledge about Safety, Health and Environment
- Good in English (Oral & Written) skills and computer literate
- Able to work independent or as a team
- Having strong interpersonal skills & integrity and strong leadership
- Able to work under pressure
