Specialist - Data Modelling (Code : MD)
Role & responsibilities:
- Provide actionable customer insights based on advanced data mining techniques
- Churn hotspots and predictive churn models for proactive save campaigns
- Product/VAS propensity and response models for proactive cross-sell and up-sell campaigns
- Multivariate behavioral segmentation and association rules to tag individual
- subscribers for appropriate campaign offers and treatment
- Overlay quantitative and qualitative data (focus groups, market research,trackers, customer interaction logs) to improve insights
- Develop recommendations on types of offers and campaigns which would be most relevant for the different customer segments
Requirements:
- 7-10 years work experience in customer data analytics or consulting role; Preferred industries: Telecommunications, Credit Cards, Banking, Consumer Research, Consulting
- Advanced (PhD or Masters) degree in Statistics or econometrics
- Knowledge and expertise on data mining methodology and tools, e.g., CRISP-DM, SEMMA, SAS, SPSS, Clementine, etc
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.
