Export Import Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily exim activities task preparing PR for jobs related to truck arrangement
- Perform daily to check exim docs, including the schedule ETD/ETA vessel
- According to inspection, should maintain relationship with customer and make coordination
- Daily up date communication with CS dept, Production dept, etc
- Handling daily report and filling for internal control
Requirements:
- Male or Female Max 30 years Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline from reputable university, preferable majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economic and Logistic
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skills : MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent in oral and written English
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Adaptable to dynamic conditions
- Resistance to pressure in fast paced work environment
