Regional HR Manager

Looking to recruit a Regional HR Manager for East Asia, to be the champion in HR management across a dynamic and multicultural region of more than 12 countries. The main responsibility of the role is to ensure the region has the right HR policies, practices and networks in place to deliver an entrepreneurial, empowered and motivated staff that meets business needs and goals
Regional HR Manager - to be based in KL, Taipei, or Bangkok
(Either Kuala Lumpur , Taipei or Bangkok - candidate must be living in one of the 3 countries already)
You will report into a regional leadership team based in KL and your role will be to lead on the development and implementation of Human Resources strategy in the Region, ensure the Region has access to the skills, knowledge and experience it needs to achieve its planned outcomes, coordinate and lead a community of Human Resources Officers in the region, ensure that Human Resources standards, policies and practice are consistently applied in East Asia, and provide direct Human Resources advice and guidance to Managers and Officers.
To qualify for this exciting and demanding role, you will be an experienced and qualified HR professional with at least 8 years experience within HR and have retained a hands on approach to deal with all aspects when required. You will also have proven ability to build, foster and maintain relationships at senior levels in order to drive HR strategies in line with business goals.
This role will be based in Malaysia, Thailand or Taiwan, and on a local package, so they are ideally looking for candidates who are currently living there, and this role will require regular travel throughout South East Asia.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
