Jobs Vacancy for PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR . PT. Maruni Dayasakti, a rapidly-growth glass manufacturing in West Jakarta requires professional people with good competence, dynamic, and pro active to join with us for the position as:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Control the production process according to the production procedure
- Make an analytical report about the production activity
- Manage the team to work in effective and efficient to achieve the target
- Give training to the team to have good technical skill for high productivity
- Find the problem and give the solution for the continuous improvement
- Ensure the production output is meet with the quality standards and the deadline
- Have responsibility to support health and safety issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimal Diploma or Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
- Have experience minimal 2 years with same position
- Have knowledge about lean manufacturing
- Good analytical thinking and good in project planning management
- Have leadership and communication skill
- Have knowledge about CNC
- Can work as a team and under pressure
- Can work in shift time (morning and night)
- Creative and high achievement motivation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and AUTOCAD
- Understanding ISO 9001 : 2000
