Muncul Group is a company specialist in Copier and Office Automation. Our Business Unit in Jakarta and Yogyakarta currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
DIRECTOR ( 2 candidates to be placed in Jakarta and Yogyakarta )
This challenging role with require and experienced business leader with an instinctive feel for marketing led sales and services. He will be responsible to achieve the group’s ambitious plans & maximize shareholder value by building a strong & distinctive regional market presence for the group’s product’s & service portfolio.
The position will report the Board of Director & will involve general management of the group’s diversified activities in a range of manufacturing businesses and services in and around Indonesia with full financial responsibility including managing / overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing long term strategic plans and annual operating plans, spearheading new ventures/project & driving the corporate finance function placements etc.
The ideal candidates is likely to be in his 40s and will currently be the Managing Director / COO of a group national wide coverage company.
BRANCH / OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Candidates Requirements :
- Male, Min 35 years old
- bachelor degree in Economics field
- Have Min. 3 years experience in same position
- Able to review the operational organization, identify, and develop all operational procedures & all training required
- Hands on experience in financial reports, budgets control, collection, distribution and office operational
- Excellent capability to manage overall global marketing strategy such as develop products prepare and execute marketing plans; achieve sales, distributions target and collection
- Computer literate (M Office)
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in Tanggerang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Central Java
