QSHE COORDINATOR
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management System Development Project at Coal Mine Site in the proper way
- To develop, coordinate and evaluate HSE training programs
- Liaise with HSE to setting and conduct training programs and assessment
- Conduct HSE audits & inspections; in incident investigation, analysis, & reporting process; providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent and register as a Safety & Health Officer with Governmental Bodies is a value added
- Well versed with HSE legislation as well as OHSAS 18001:2004 & ISO 14001:2000
- At least 5 years of working experience in a Quality Management System & HSE related role in mining industry
- Familiar with HSE & Quality Management Systems include their implementation at an operational level
- Good presentation skill, interpersonal skill and leadership skill
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to travel
- Able to work a minimum supervision and under pressure
