SENIOR PROCUREMENT COORDIANTOR
A vacancy has arisen with a International Oil & Gas Service Company for an experienced Procurement Coordinator, reporting to the Country Manager in Indonesia, with a functional reporting line to the companies head office.
The purpose of the job is to implement and monitor the companies procurement systems within Indonesia.
The successful candidate will meet the following minimum criteria:
- Applicant should be an Indonesian National
- Applicant should be able to speak and write English and Bahasa Indonesian
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Senior Procurement rot, with an oilfield service company, preferably within Indonesia.
- Qualified as an Internal Auditor or willing to undergo fast training in this field
- Good Interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate
- Be prepared to travel extensively through out Indonesia / Asia as required
The position would be Batam based, and would report to the Batam base manager on a daily basis
ACCOUNTANT
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the finance and reporting function of the company
The incumbent will be responsible to ensure timely financial and management reporting. He/She is responsible for costing, performance review and analysis and cash flow management. The Incumbent is also responsible to assist in operation management to improve efficiency and profitability and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
- Minimum Degree in Accounting with experience in Indonesian taxation
- At least 5 years working experience preferably with some audit experience
- Meticulous, with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to wont independently as well as a team
- Good command of English Language (Both spoken and written)
- Experience in ACCPAC is an advantage
- Experience in Of Field Service Industry as a distinct advantage
This position would be Batam based, arid would report to the Finance Manager on a daily basis.
