PERSONNEL MANAGER
Duties require a “hands-on” approach in dealing with employees hiring, discipline, union, records and the various related government intuitions. Will serve on the executive management team and advise company managers about personnel issues. Minimum 10 years working experience as a Personnel Manager in a large manufacturing company.
General requirements :
- Male, maximum 45 years old
- Effective oral and written English skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and practices
- Experience in HR benefits and programs
- Good interpersonal and organization skills
- Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
- Able to identify and resolve labor problems quickly
