DISTRIC SALES MANAGER – Central Sumatera (For DuPont Crop Protection Business)
Roles & Responsibility :
- Develop sales / marketing strategy in assigned territory.
- Find and explore new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business.
- Coach and monitor sales team by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
- Ensure that all sales & marketing activities performed is in compliance with related policy & regulations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture (Agronomy/Crop Protection)
- Min. 5 years sales experience.
- Excellent communications and networking skills.
- Strong drive to guide, coach and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales.
- Willing to be located in Central Sumatera.
