In order to support its business expansion in Karawang – West Java, PT. Bekaert Indonesia is looking for talent to fill in the following positions:

CUSTOMER TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER (CTS)

  • You will provide technical, process follow up, product & process development and complaint handling services to Southeast Asia sawing wire customers.
  • You will manage day-to-day contacts with customers technical, production and quality departments, in close coordination with Account Manager SE Asia.
  • You will gather and distribute all relevant information on customers, market and competitors.

Your Qualification

  • Hold a bachelor degree in Engineering with min. 5 years of work experience, including min. 2 years work experience in business-to-business technical support environment.
  • Excellent technical, engineering, and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent networking and communication skills.
  • Able to think and act globally and multiculturally.
  • Willing to travel overseas ( approx. 50% of the time ).
  • Excellent English speaking & writing ability and proficient in MS Office.

TEAM LEADER (TL)

  • You will lead a shift operation and achieve volume, safety, productivity and quality target and deliver you part in eliminating waste.
  • You will develop & coach your team members and encourage them to achieve production targets.

Your Qualification

  • Min. a bachelor degree in Engineering ( preferably: mechanical, industrial, or electrical )with min. GPA 3.00
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong leadership and good in planning and execution
  • Dynamic, innovative, result-oriented person
  • Excellent English speaking & writing ability and proficient in MS Office.

GENERAL AFFAIRS OFFICER (GA)

  • You will assist HR Manager to handle all industrial relation activities and manage office assets.
  • You will assist HR Manager to manage employee’s absenteeism, insurance, and jamsostek.
  • You will assist HR Manager to maintain good relationship and communication between employees and management.

Your Qualification

  • Bachelor degree from Law with min. GPA 3.00, with 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Good knowledge of labor law.
  • Good teamwork, service oriented, and good communication skills.
  • Excellent English speaking & writing ability supported with good knowledge of MS Office.
