ASST. GENERAL MANAGER,
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ( Indonesia )
Responsibilities:
- Liaise, establlish and maintain good re;ationship with the local community
- Assist in coordinating community related activities
- Manage the overall administration of the “plasma” scheme
- Manage a team of community development managers
Requirements
- Possess a good Diploma or Degree in Plantation Management or equivalent
- Experience working in Indonesia plantations is prefered although not essential
- Demonstrate the ability to comperhend and manage complex and sensitive local communities, regional, and national stakeholders
- Mobile and willing to travel within Indonesia
- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
