MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Main program :
- Preparing successor in order to anticipate company’s growth and development
- Creating leaders to fill in the managerial position in Sales Div, Operations Div, Finance Div, and IT Div.
Qualifications :
- Male / Female
- University graduates (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering or Computer Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, Management, Accounting, Apotechary proffesion, and Medical Science
- Fresh graduated (GPA min.3.0) or no more than 2 years experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and general management and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
- Possess a flexible approach both from a work and decision-making perspective
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Willing to be placed in our branches nationwide
