Currently, we have a job vacancy at one of our factories located in Cileungsi for the position of
Procurement Staff (Proc)
Main qualification:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Economics
- Has at least 1 year experience as a buyer
- Has good sourcing knowledge and negotiation skill
- Good integrity, self starter and interpersonal skill
- Good English both written and verbal
Main responsibility:
- Getting good source of product/equipment/utilities/services with very competitive price to support daily factory operation
- Support Project Manager in finding reliable suppliers/contractors, issue Comparative Statement, issue Contract, etc.
- Responsible of the overall purchasing cycle from compiling Purchase Request, issue PO, Goods receiving, Invoicing management, and payment monitoring
