Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Agriculture ( S1 agronomy ) from reputable University.
- Male, 30 to 40 years old.
- Working experience, min.5 years in estate / oil palm plantation.
- Knowledgable in MS Office computer operation.
- Holder of valid driving license ( SIM A )
- Willing to travel in Kalimantan and Sumatera.
- Posses sound leadership and communications skills.
