PROJECT MANAGER (Based in Hong Kong/China)
We, Kee Hing Cheung Kee Co Ltd, is an international trading company with offices in Hong Kong, China and Vietnam. To cope with the fast expansion of our project consultancy unit, we are seeking high caliber candidates for the position of:
PROJECT MANAGER (Based in Hong Kong/China)
Requirements:
· A degree in Civil / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
· At least 10 years' relevant experience
· Lead the project team for co-ordination on development of all works programmes, procurement schedule and construction methodology, contract packaging, value management exercise, risk management and value engineering exercises
· Plan supervision works, control information flow, and monitor construction activities and report on work done
· Good financial and contractual knowledge
· Strong business acumen, dynamic and mature professional with good interpersonal and presentation skills
· Retired personnel are welcomed
· Frequent travel is required
