KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM)

Responsible for delivering revenue and profit targets through the management of customer relationship across a portfolio of key accounts

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience reqruired, Master degree is preferable.
  • Min. 3 years experience in B2B account management is mandatory.
  • Experience of selling merchandise products to businesses.
  • Experience of developing and delivering business development initiatives in conjuction with customers.
  • Highly numerate and very commercially aware.
  • Tough negotiator, accountable, proactive, driven personality with a do it today attitude.

SELL-OUT MANAGER (SOM)

Responsible for the development and implementation of the sales to achieve targets

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience reqruired, Master degree is preferable.
  • 5-7 years sales experience, especially from telecommunication industry.
  • Proven ability in managing and controlling budgets.
  • Proven ability to prepare sales forecast and its implementation.
  • Knowledgeable in trade promotion activities.
  • People oriented, good communocation and has to be able lead by example.

CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CDM)

Responsible for building and maintaining channel capability strategies and development through buy vs. build analyses, vendor due diligence and implementation activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience reqruired, MBA preferred.
  • 5-7 years channel development, especially from telecommunication industry.
  • Strategic alliance or business development experience reqruired.
  • 2-3 years of ROI performance management
  • Controllership or other strong finance experience.
  • Proven ability to leverege peer relationships cross-functionally.

SALES SUPERVISOR (SPV)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience reqruired
  • Min. 2 years experiences in sales and marketing area
  • Perform excellent work both individually and in a team
  • Result oriented, stay focus under constant challenges and tight deadline
  • Fluent in English and computer literate.
