INFORMATION ASSISTANT
An Internationa Organization has a vacancy for an Information Assistant. The incumbent is responsible for assisting the senior Publications Specialist in designing and distributing the organization’s information material’s and publications to external contacts.
Qualification required :
- A bachelor Degree in liberal arts, journalism, communication, international relations or related fields is required.
- At least 3 years experience of working publishing and/or design, marketing, public relations or journalism.
- Level IV of English ability (Fluent) and leve IV (Fluent) Bahasa Indonesian is required.
- Must have knowledge of America’s political system and America’s culture and society, current political, economic, and social issues
- Must be able to operate word processing Desktop Publishing equipment
- Must be able to translate English inti Indonesian (and vice versa) and must be able to draft correspondence independently. Must have knowledge of graphic design and Indonesian publishing industry
