POLYPET KARYAPERSADA is a world-class producer of Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resins with a production capacity of 84,000 tonnes per year. With a foundation built on Total quality Management systems and state-of-the-art process technology (Zimmer), Polypet produces a consistent supply of high quality bottle, film and industrial yarn grade PET resins for customers worldwide. This approach, taken by our highly trained staff, has enabled us to meet the industry's highest standards including FDA and EEC requirements as well as achieving ISO 9002 certification in October 1996.
POLYPET'S location in South East Asia, one of the world's fastest growing regions, has provided management with the opportunity and ability to constantly increase sales. This, in turn, has enabled us to increase production and achieve economies of scale, which allow us to compete globally. Part of our success has been securing long-term supply agreements with both local and international customers including the world's major soft drink manufacturers.

POLYPET has recently entered into contract manufacturing agreement with Eastman. Using existing capacity, POLYPET will manufacture PET resins according to Eastman specifications under long-term contract. This agreement reconfirms the quality of POLYPET's PET resins for use in beverage and food containers. Apart from this committed quantity, POLYPET will continue to produce, manage, and market the remaining of its production capacity.
